Collaboration Membership fee: $5000.00
Membership Details:
A membership with HealthCare Information Technology Stimulus Center is an individual membership and not transferable from one person to another. Dues, membership fees, processing fee, and all other fees is nonrefundable. Membership fee payment covers one calendar year. All memberships expire one year from the start date of member’s membership.
Methods of Payment

Payment by check must be in US dollars and drawn on a US bank. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive check and process membership. All members that pay by check will receive an email confirmation with register Information included. Please mail Check to:
